This is a 2000 square foot house on almost 3 acres of land. The house is fully furnished. There is paved parking for 3 cars (no RV's though). There is a great kitchen, a huge master bedroom with king size bed, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and a loft with queen bed. It has 2 bathrooms. The house has propane, electric and wood heat.

The sandy beach nearby is about 30 miles long, so bring your walkin' shoes. There are great places to ride bikes near the ocean or through the lily fields. Redwood National Park and the Smith River National Recreation Area and Boardman State Park are right down the road. There are dozens of clear rivers nearby to swim in in summer.
