This is our Ashland Apartment.
This Rental
is the entire ground floor of the house shown. It's not a luxury unit, but it is a clean and pleasant space. There are private entrances to the apartment. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a kitchen. This apartment is 3 miles south of Ashland, Oregon, near Emigrant Lake Recreation Area. The Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument is a short drive, as is the Mount Ashland Ski Area. There is good hiking and boating nearby and fine dining and entertainment just a few miles away. Sometimes, there is access to the deck and hot tub upstairs.
The apartment may be fully furnished with 1 queen-size and 2 single beds. No smoking is permitted inside. There is parking for no more than 2 cars (no RV's) There is a fully refundable deposit.
